Tis the season for indulgence
A trip to Park City, Utah would not be complete without a visit to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. So many choices, so little time, so little space left in my tummy!

I like their chocolate and caramel apples. They are so delicious but I have to take mine home so that I can cut it. Otherwise when my teeth slide thru the caramel and hit the skin of the apple it makes my skin crawl worse than fingernails on a chalkboard.
I love the apple pie caramel apples... they are my favorite. I also have to cut the apples, did you know they will cut it for you at RMCF if you ask them? Then you can eat it right then. :) I might have to make a trip to Park City now after reading this post. (I know there is one in the Riverbottoms, but it's not as fun as going up to Park City).
If you are going to go to Park City let me know and I want to go with you. If you are going to RMCF you have to have lunch at Baja Cantina, my favorite! I love that place. They have the best food and it is soooo delicious.
Mmmm...chocolate....
